Prepare double boiler and place over medium-low heat. Place chocolate pieces in top of double boiler, stir until chocolate is melted.
In a medium saucepan, gently bring milk and cream to a boil, stir in Pure Vanilla Bean Paste. Slowly pour milk mixture over melted chocolate while continually stirring.
Makes approximately 15 servings.
Serve warm over Vanilla Ice Cream or use as a topping for your favorite dessert.
You can use Pure Vanilla Bean Paste in place of Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste to achieve a different, but still delicious, flavor profile. Simply use the same amount of the Pure Vanilla Bean Paste.
