Add oats to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse 15 times to break up the oats, in order to create coarse oat flour. Transfer to a large bowl. Add flaxseed meal, almond meal and orange zest to the bowl; stir to combine.
Add the almond butter, maple syrup, Vanilla Bean Paste and Orange Extract to the bowl. Stir to combine. Fold in dried cranberries.
Roll into 1 tablespoon sized balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
