In a large measuring cup, add vanilla extract to already prepared coffee and stir. Set aside.
In a shallow large saucepan, add lemon and orange extracts, brandy, sugar, cloves and cinnamon stick. Stir until well combined. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Use a long match or lighter to ignite mixture. When flames start to subside, slowly pour in hot coffee mixture. Serve hot in your favorite espresso cups.
