Combine almonds, 1 teaspoon of Nielsen-Massey Pure Orange Extract, roasted garlic, salt and rosemary leaves. Mix until garlic is fully incorporated into almonds.
Preheat smoker with desired wood chips to 225 degrees F and oven to 350 degrees F.
Add orange peel and rosemary stalks to the woodchips. Place almonds on a sheet tray or mesh basket and hot smoke for 5 minutes.
Remove from smoker and place in oven for 5-10 minutes or until nuts are dry. Let cool completely.
With a spray bottle, spray the remaining Nielsen-Massey Pure Orange Extract over the almonds.
