Whipped Cream

Add a dollop of whipped cream to a fresh cup of coffee, a dessert-style martini, a slice of rich chocolate cake or a dish of fresh fruit.

Whip the cream in a mixing bowl using an electric mixer on medium-high until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla bean paste and confectioners’ sugar. Whip until blended.

This whipped cream recipe is very versatile. Be creative and substitute Nielsen-Massey’s Madagascar Bourbon, Mexican or Tahitian Pure Vanilla Extract as well as Pure Vanilla Extract or Pure Vanilla Bean Paste for the Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste. Or for a unique topping, try any of Nielsen-Massey’s Pure Flavor Extracts – Chocolate, Almond, Coffee, Lemon, or Orange.
