Vanilla beans cultivated in Uganda are creamy like Madagascar Bourbon but slightly sweeter and with notes of chocolate. Using our exclusive cold extraction process, we gently distill the natural flavor from the beans, preserving the complex bouquet of flavors in the resulting extract. See for yourself how our Ugandan extract can add a new twist to applications calling for vanilla, especially ice cream, cookies and beverages (such as smoothies). Even more, in desserts using chocolate, the chocolate notes in the vanilla interact and layer the actual chocolate flavor.
