16 tablespoons16 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup50 g vanilla confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons2 tablespoons Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract (or Pure Vanilla Extract)
2 1/2 cups310 g flour
1 cup95 g blanched ground almonds

Cream butter and sugar. Stir in vanilla. Add flour and nuts. Chill dough at least 1 hour or until firm Roll dough into balls (about the size of walnuts) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees F180 degrees C. While warm, sift confectioner's sugar over cookies. Allow cookies to cool. Repeat covering with more confectioner's sugar as desired.
