Directions

Cream margarine, shortening and sugar until very light and fluffy (at least 15 minutes on your mixer). Add flavorings. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Alternately add the measured flour and baking powder with milk, beginning and ending with flour. Bake in an angel tube pan (we suggest putting wax paper on bottom) for 1 1/2 hours in preheated 325 degrees F oven.
