Gluten Free Hot Apple Crumble

Crust
1/2 cup48 g almond flour
1/2 cup55 g chopped walnuts, coarse
1/2 cup45 g sweetened coconut flakes
1/8 teaspoon1/8 teaspoon. sea salt
2 tablespoons2 tablespoons. grapeseed oil

I made this in one of the All Clad Oval bake pans, which will serve 2 to 4 people.

Mix with a fork and pour 3/4 of mixture into the baking pan. The left over 1/4 will be used for the topping. Bake at 375 degrees F190 degrees C for 8 minutes. Take it out and cool it on a rack.

Filling
2 Granny Smith Apples, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1 tablespoon1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon1 tablespoon agave
1 tablespoon1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon1/2 teaspoonNielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Paste.
[[.33:dcup-granola-EnjoyLife.]] Gluten Free cinnamon crunch granola with raisins by Enjoy Life.

Mix with a fork and add to the pan with the crust and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes covered with foil. Take the foil off and bake 5 minutes.

Topping
Use the left over crust mixture and add about [UNIT NOT FOUND][UNIT NOT FOUND] of Enjoy Life Cinnamon Crunch Granola. Mix it together with a fork and add to the top of the baked apples. Drizzle some honey on the top to just cover it in a zig-zag motion. This will help the topping brown a bit. Bake for 5 minutes then take it out and let cool slightly on a rack.
