Baked Summer Peaches

Dessert doesn’t get any simpler than this sweet, two-ingredient recipe. Simply coat the peaches with our Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste, and within 20 minutes you’ll have a tasty treat. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delicious peaches and cream dessert!

Preheat oven to 350°F. Peel and halve peaches and remove the pit. Cover the cut side of the peach with the vanilla paste and then place cut side down on a baking sheet with sides or a baking dish.

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until peaches are soft and slightly brown and paste has carmelized on top. Remove and serve.

Notes

For an extra treat, serve with a side of Vanilla Ice Cream.
