Serves: 8

Brownie Dip
8 oz.230 g cream cheese, at room temperature
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon1 tablespoon Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste
2 tablespoons2 tablespoons milk or cream
1/4 teaspoon salt

Cherry Swirl
4 oz.115 g Cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons cherry preserves
1 teaspoon1 teaspoon Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste
Pinch of salt 

To make the brownie dip, add the cream cheese, butter, cocoa powder, brown sugar, vanilla paste, milk and salt to a bowl. Using a stand or hand mixer, beat until smooth and creamy.

To make the cherry swirl, add the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla paste and salt to a bowl and beat until smooth. Swirl in the cherry preserves but you don\'t have to fully combine it.

Add the prepared cherry swirl to the brownie dip and gently swirl, using a butter knife. Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, marshmallows and fruit.
