Vanilla Peach Bourbon Milkshake

This vanilla peach bourbon milkshake is the perfect boozy summertime frozen treat made with ice cream, Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Bean Paste, fresh peaches and bourbon.

2 cups vanilla bean ice cream
2 medium sized ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup whole milk (more may be needed)
2 teaspoons Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste

Whipped cream

Directions

Add ice cream, peaches, bourbon, milk and vanilla bean paste to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. If the milkshake is too thick simply add a little more milk, if it’s too thin add more ice cream.

Top with whipped cream and if desired a drizzle of vanilla bean paste.
