Blend all ingredients together in a blender and let sit overnight.

The next day strain through a fine mesh sieve. Serve over ice and a sprinkle of fresh grated cinnamon.

Nielsen-Massey Pure Almond Extract

  • 140 g white long grain rice
  • 950 ml almond milk, unsweetened, plain
  • 3 tablespoons light agave nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1 Mexican cinnamon stick (optional)
