Coconut Honey Basil Popsicles

Directions

In a blender, add coconut milk, honey, basil and Lemon Extract.

Blend until everything is well combined and mixture looks smooth. You may strain the mixture at this point.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, cover, insert sticks and freeze overnight. In case your mold doesn’t have a slot for sticks, let it freeze a little, for around 2 hours, then take the molds out and insert a stick in the center.

After fully frozen, place popsicle molds under warm water for few seconds and then pull gently for an easy release.
