Baked Summer Peaches

Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe peaches
  • Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Peel and halve peaches and remove the pit. Cover the cut side of the peach with the vanilla paste and then place cut side down on a baking sheet with sides or a baking dish.

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until peaches are soft and slightly brown and paste has carmelized on top. Remove and serve.

Notes:

For an extra treat, serve with a side of Vanilla Ice Cream.
