In a medium microwave safe bowl, add sugar with 1/4 cup mango puree, stir. Microwave for 30 seconds.
Add remaining mango puree, Pure Vanilla Bean Paste and Orange Blossom Water; blend for 30 seconds.
Makes approximately 15 servings.
You can use Pure Vanilla Bean Paste in place of Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste to achieve a different, but still delicious, flavor profile. Simply use the same amount of the Pure Vanilla Bean Paste.
