How to Return an Item

Nielsen-Massey stands behind the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with any part of your order, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund provided your item remains in its original unused condition and packaging.

We do not refund or pay for shipping back to our facility and returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Claims and Damaged Product

We strongly encourage you to carefully inspect products upon delivery.  All damaged or missing product claims must be submitted within 30 days.

To submit a claim, please email info@nielsenmassey.com with “Need to Return an Item” in the subject line to request information on returning a product.

Questions about product returns should be directed to our customer service department at (847) 578-1550. Once you have spoken with a representative and the return request has been approved by management, you may ship your returned item to:

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original receipt.

Return Requirements

Items cannot be returned if they are opened, unless authorized by a representative of Nielsen-Massey.  Nielsen-Massey reserves the right to reject returns based on lack of remaining shelf life or product condition.  Approved returns will be reimbursed through a credit by Nielsen-Massey.  We cannot accept partial invoice payments for returned products.
