Preheat the oven to 325 °F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients, except for the nuts, and stir to combine. Add the nuts and toss until evenly coated.
Spread onto the prepared baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes, rotating pan and stirring nuts halfway through.
Allow the nuts to completely cool. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
