Minty White Hot Chocolate

This Minty White Hot Chocolate drink, featuring Pure Peppermint Extract, is the perfect combination of mint and chocolate. We recommend making two servings, because one is just not enough.

Ingredients

Directions

Pour milk into a small saucepan. Bring to a slow boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips. Let stand 2 minutes.

Add Peppermint Extract and whisk until the chocolate has melted. Transfer to a mug.

Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies. Serve immediately.

 

 

 

Notes:

To crush the starlight peppermint candies, we recommend using a freezer bag (because freezer bags are more durable) and a meat tenderizer. Pound the peppermints until you reach your desired crushed size.
