Eric leads the strategic direction and daily operations of the Nielsen-Massey Family Foundation, dedicated to advancing excellence in the culinary arts. This inaugural leadership role shapes the foundation strategy while managing hands-on execution. Core responsibilities include developing programs that support culinary education and food entrepreneurs, cultivating donor and partner relationships, overseeing budgeting and IRS private foundation compliance, and serving as a trusted advisor to the Board—translating vision into measurable community impact.
Eric graduated from Marquette University and currently resides in New Berlin, WI with his wife Abbie and their 3 children.
