Michael has a passion for sustainability like his father. In his current role, he is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sustainability and ESG data to support strategic decision-making. He helps drive environmental performance improvements, ensures compliance with regulations, and supports corporate sustainability initiatives aligned with global standards. Michael also sits on the board of the Nielsen-Massey Foundation that is led by his brother Eric.
Michael graduated from the University of St. Thomas and currently resides in Milwaukee, WI with his wife Erin.
