In the bottom of a cocktail shaker muddle strawberries with Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Powder. Add Nielsen-Massey Orange Blossom Water, orange juice and triple sec. Add ice and shake well.
Fill two glasses halfway with ice. Half fill each glass with contents of shaker and top with Prosecco. Garnish with an orange wedge and a strawberry.
