Organic Pure Almond Extract
One of the most popular flavors used in baking, bitter almond oil is made of stone fruit from California, South Carolina and Georgia. Pair it with vanilla, chocolate, maple or butterscotch, or use it sparingly to accent salad dressings, sauces, custards or ice cream.
Organic Pure Lemon Extract
Made from California lemon oil rounded out with peel notes and full of flavor, use to complement fish, pork and chicken dishes, and blend with a variety of herbs. Add a splash of citrus to beverages, vegetables, cakes, cookies, frozen desserts, jams, pies, pastries and so much more.
Organic Pure Orange Extract
Bright and refreshing, our extract is made from rich, juicy orange oils from Florida balanced with notes from sweet wild West Indies orange oil. The perfect partner for savory dishes like rice, chicken and fish as well as fruits, jams, marmalades, salad dressings and desserts.
Organic Pure Peppermint Extract
The mint for our Organic Pure Peppermint Extract is grown in the Midwest under the strictest quality standards. Although the flavor is normally thought of in conjunction with the winter holidays, it’s a year-round seller with a variety of uses in both sweet and savory applications, including cakes, icing, ice cream and savory dishes featuring pork, lamb and poultry.
