Cook pasta according to package directions. Set aside.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds or until garlic is fragrant. Add shrimp and broccoli and stir. Sauté for about 7 minutes or until shrimp turns pink, opaque and slightly browned and broccoli is crisp-tender. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add wine to skillet. Bring to a boil and allow to reduce for about 2 minutes or until half of the original volume is left. Stir in butter, capers, Lemon Extract, salt and pepper. Transfer shrimp mixture back to skillet and coat with sauce. Remove from heat and spoon over hot, drained pasta.
