Mango Ginger Faux Mimosa

You will not miss the alcohol in this Mango Ginger Faux Mimosa recipe, featuring Pure Orange Extract. The combination of ginger ale, orange extract and mango sorbet, takes this mocktail to a whole new level of yum.

Pour ginger ale into a champagne glass.  Add orange extract and top with sorbet.  Garnish with orange peel and serve immediately.

Large Batch

Pour ginger ale into a punch bowl. Add orange extract and top with small scoops of sorbet. Let sit for 5 minutes and stir; the punch will foam lightly.  Garnish with orange peel and serve immediately.
