Pressure Cooker Spiced Apple Sauce

This Pressure Cooker Spiced Applesauce is an easy, wholesome, and delicious snack. Plus, it has no added sugar!

Core, peel and dice apples. Add all the ingredients to the pressure cooker and close the lid, making sure the valve is sealed.

Set electronic pressure cooker to high pressure (or over high heat for stovetop pressure cookers) for about 10 minutes. Allow the steam to release manually, according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Puree the apple sauce with a hand immersion blender or potato masher until desired consistency is reached. Serve warm, room temperature or chilled.
