Place apple mixture into 9 inches by 9 inches baking dish coated with nonstick spray. In medium bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, coarse sugar, flour, oats, Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste, cinnamon and salt. Top apples with crisp mixture and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
Serves 6-8.
You can use Pure Vanilla Bean Paste in place of Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste to achieve a different, but still delicious, flavor profile. Simply use the same amount of the Pure Vanilla Bean Paste.
