Açaí Berry Smoothie Bowl

With powerful antioxidants, fresh fruit, vanilla and honey, this açaí bowl is looking ‘berry’ good! Mix up your morning routine with this simple blended treat that will surely kick off a great day.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup frozen açaí berry puree
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries such as blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and raspberries
  • 1 container plain Greek yogurt, about 7 fl. oz.
  • 1 ripe, frozen medium banana
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Nielsen-Massey® Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 1 dash of cinnamon

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or a food processor.

Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with granola, sliced nuts and fresh fruit as desired.

Notes:

  • A whole banana can be difficult to blend when frozen whole. Consider slicing the banana before freezing for easier blending.
